Hospitality
We helped Hospitality Net rethink the experience of a high-volume industry platform so its digital presence could better reflect its authority, content depth and future growth.
Hospitality Net is a global B2B knowledge platform for the hospitality industry — online since 1994 and read daily by hotel leaders, operators, educators, consultants and technology providers around the world.
Hospitality Net had the authority, content depth and audience of a global industry platform, but the experience still felt closer to a traditional news site. Years of content, contributors and features had created complexity that made the platform's value harder to see.
The problem wasn't just visual. It was structural — navigation, content hierarchy, article experience, author visibility and platform perception all needed to work together.
We reorganised the experience around how hospitality professionals read, explore and return to content — not just how articles are published.
We repositioned the identity from a media outlet to a global industry community — signalling authority, reach and belonging.
Table of contents, reading progress, related content and save / share / follow turn each article into an entry point — not a dead end.
Visible expertise, follow functionality and contributor profiles that reward publishing and growing authority on the platform.
A modular system the internal team shipped on their new stack — consistent today, built for the platform's next decade of content formats.
Hospitality Net now has a digital foundation that better reflects what it is — a global knowledge platform, not just a news website. The experience is clearer, more credible and easier to scale as the platform grows.
